Cosmic Bon Bons are the creation of a tafe project to design a retro inspited ice cream packaging. I was inspired by the Jetson’s asthetic from the 1960s and a dessert from japan called ice Balls.

For the project, I included the development of a refined space-age mascot, as character-driven branding was a common feature of packaging from the period. The mascot helped reinforce the retro-futuristic theme while adding personality and appeal to the product. Every element of the design was carefully considered to emulate the era, from the blue colour palette and atomic-inspired shapes to the halftone textures used throughout the packaging.
